Beach Colony is located in the prestigious seaside town of Del Mar, home of the world famous Del Mar Race Track and Fairgrounds, and we are directly across the street from the majestic Pacific Ocean. From mature trees to the vibrant flowers, we have the most beautiful landscaped grounds. Our studio and one and two bedroom floor plans have varied views; some facing the ocean to capture colorful sunsets and ocean breezes, some overlooking the sparkling pool, spa, cabana and barbeque area with a view towards the Del Mar Fairgrounds to see and feel the excitement of the many activities year round.
