Pet Policy

Up to two cats welcome per home. Resident shall pay a one-time non-refundable pet fee in the amount of $100 per pet upon execution of the pet Addendum. Resident shall pay an additional $150 per pet as a pet deposit, in addition to the security deposit on the apartment, in consideration of keeping above-described pet(s) in the leased premises. The pet deposit is fully refundable, subject to lease conditions being properly fulfilled.
