Amenities for all our apartment floor plans include floorboard-heat, wall-unit air conditioning, galley-style kitchens, ceiling fans, floor-to-ceiling closets, and mini blinds. Each building includes a laundry center, controlled entries, mailboxes, and extra storage.

You’ll find a nature trail circling the Bass Lake Nature preserve for a nice 1.8-mile stroll. It connects with other trails within the Hennepin County Three Rivers trail system.  Our outdoor barbeque areas and gazebo help you to enjoy summer days with friends and neighbors.
