We are a pet friendly community and welcome 2 pets (dogs or cats) per apartment home not to exceed 80 pounds combined. There are some breeds restrictions so before you bring your four-legged family member please call. $350 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet and $250 for the second. Pet rent is $5 per month.
