To reserve your apartment home for one day and get pre-qualified, click the "Pre-qualify" button on the next page to complete our rental application and screening process.   This will require a non-refundable reservation fee of $100.00 that will be applied to your first months rent at the time of move in.

** By applying online the standard application fee of $32 will be waived. In order to secure your apartment home, you are required to pay the full security deposit amount.**

Criminal and credit checks will be ran on all applicants.  If your application is denied, the reservation fee will be refunded.
